Shipping

If you spend $30 or more, we ship to your Australian address for free

If you spend less than $30, we charge you $4.99 to ship to an Australian address

We do not deliver outside of Australia.

We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Brookvale, NSW.  Most deliveries go with Startrack / Australian Air Express.

Orders placed with O'Neill before 2:00pm AEST will usually arrive next day for Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne Metroploitan addresses.  Please allow 1-3 business days.  South Aus, West Aus & rural areas can expect to get their gear in 3 - 5 business days.

When you check out you choose either:

  • a signature is required upon delivery. 
  • no signature is required (driver will leave your package without a signature)

Tracking your order

We will provide a tracking number via email once the product has been shipped.  You can track your shipment on the Temando 'Track Your Item' website.

Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address it is your responsibility.  If you have any concerns about an order, you are welcome to contact our customer service crew eorders@oneillaustralia.com.au or call us on 1800 107 766 Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (Sydney time AEST). Outside these hours, we're at the beach.

In some cases your order will be on-forwarded to a local agent for delivery, or your order will be shipped with another method. We wil advise you via email when your product(s) ship.

Deliveries to P.O. boxes will usually ship with Australia Post 'Express Post'.


Returns & Exchanges

You are welcome to return any full price product, purchased from our online shop, within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, provided the following conditions are met. Please use this as a check list when returning to O'Neill.
  • Product has not been worn, altered or washed.
  • All original tags are attached to the product.
  • Product is in it's original packaging.
  • Womens Swimwear returns will only be accepted when all hygiene stickers are in place.  We recommend trying swimwear on over underwear. If the hygiene seal has been removed, O'Neill will not accept a return.
  • Sale items can not be returned, except in the case of a warranty claim.

** When you return product to O'Neill, you will have to pay for the shipping costs, if you are returning because we sent you the wrong stuff or you are making a warranty claim,  we will reimburse you for your shipping costs to a maximum of $10.00 (once we have assessed your returned goods).  We will only re-imburse shipping costs when you include an original receipt for the shipping cost, with your return.  You are responsible for packaging costs.  O'Neill is not responsible for any items lost in post.
