For a wetsuit, we find that your weight is usually the most important measurement to follow. Height is less critical as a wetsuit will still function well if the legs are a little too long or short. We also suggest going for the smaller size if you are tossing up between two sizes.. most women's returns come back because the wetsuit fitted 'Too large'.

Only problem was it didn’t really fit and you can’t exchange only return and then buy it again. Maybe something small but super annoying and a really lame policy. Should just change it, we suit itself is average nothing great.

Correct, we do not do 'exchanges' as such, the process is you can return the original product to us within 60 days for a refund, and in the meantime you can place a new order for the desired product. We used to do exchanges, however there were often situations when we would sell out of the new product the customer wanted, by the time our team received the old product back from the customer. Excellent entry level steamer

I’m very happy with my Reactor II 3/2, as are my two sons with theirs.

The Reactor II provides truly excellent value for dollar and better than expected manufacturing and materials quality.

We have been using the Reactor II steamers twice weekly for a year and they are still like new..

But it is important to look after your gear!

Wetsuit 14 days and still not arrived. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

I'm not sure how the wetsuit performs. It hasn't arrived yet! I contacted O'Neill Oz and all I got was a tracking number for Oz Post. Oz Post say they'll investigate on 29-1-24, 19 days after the purchase. Currently its 14 days late. Could you investigate what has happened to my order please O'Neill?

Great fit, great price.

Compared to my last suit, which wasn’t a known brand, this suit oozes quality. For $119, it’s pretty gd. Used 3 times now - 4 tomorrow. 🤙 back zip was nice and easy to undo which I’m so happy about. Last suit was so fiddley get zip to draw down. Warm and comfy Very happy.
