We worked together with our key manufacturing partner to develope a non-solvent based lamination glue called "Aqua-Alpha" which bonds the suit's lining to the internal foam layer.

To save trememdous amounts of water whilst also reducing energy consumption and water polution, we use a dope dyeing process that infuses colour pigment into the fibre filaments before being spun into yarn.

Perfect Match for Northern Rivers Autumn/Winter

This O’Neill wettie is special because I could now get it in XLS!

I am XL on top, but L in height, so after years of squeezing into size L, I can now comfortably ease into the Hyperfreak 2mm s/s steamer.

Received it super quick, it feels even better than it reads on the website, and oozes quality and class!

Being over 70 yrs of age, surfing since I was 10, I have moved through flannette shirts for a wetsuit, to every kind of wetty imaginable; and this Hyperfreak is absolutely the standout.

I can confidently recommend this O’Neill wetsuit to the most pedantic customer, looking for top quality, feel, looks, and sizing.

Streeeeetch in your Spring

Super great wetsuit with lots of stretch and a great lighter suit from my winter range. The 2mm is sweet throughout with stretch and still well built. A great transitional between weather suit. O'Neill suits and gear are tops in comfort, functionality, longevity and streeeeeeeeeetch. Surf naked in an O'Neill

My only concern was when I first wore this I felt some stitching give as I was slipping it over my shoulders.

I hope it doesn’t cause an issue in the future.

O'Neill Australia

Hi Anthony, this is not uncommon with new wetsuits, the first few times you put them on they 'break in'. Some people like to actually pre-stretch them before their fiirst use for this reason, which isnt necessary, but does that same as what you probably experienced. If there is of course any fault in the material or workmanship, you have a 12 month warranty.
