Shipping Costs
- Orders over $100 receive FREE SHIPPING
- Orders under $100 incur a flat rate of $9.95
Same Day Shipping
Place your order before 2pm (Sydney time) on weekdays and it will ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day. During busy promotional periods, dispatch may take slightly longer due to high volume.
Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped from our Mascot, Sydney warehouse:
- 1–2 business days for Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane
- 2–5 business days for the rest of Australia (typically closer to the lower end)
The majority of our customers receive their order the next business day when placed before 2pm (Sydney time) on a business day. We pride take pride in our excellent record of exceeding customer expectations for delivery time.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we aim for the lower end of these guides, delays can occur. We are not responsible for late deliveries or any related loss or damage.
Track & Receive Your Order
You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. If you provided a mobile number, you’ll also get a text on the day your parcel is out for delivery.
If you’re not home, the driver will leave a card with instructions. You may also select “Leave unattended” at checkout, but please note that choosing this option makes you responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
Australian orders are generally shipped with StarTrack.
