Returns Are Easy!

If your product doesn't fit or you simply change your mind, O'Neill happily accepts returns on unused products within 60 days of purchase.

Return postage for change of mind returns is the customers cost, and is a flat rate of only $10.95. This is payable in the portal to submit your return.

How to Return

  1. Read the return policy below to ensure your return qualifies.
  2. Locate your order number (found on your order confirmation or delivery update email).
  3. Click here to access our Self-Serve Returns Portal.
  4. Enter your order number and select the products you wish to return.
  5. Choose between Printer less print in store or Print your own return label
  6. Pay the return postage cost of $10.95
  7. Drop to your nearest Post office, post box or 24/7 parcel locker
  8. Once we have received your products back to our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. It then takes 2–3 business days for our team to collect your return from the PO Box, check it, and process your refund. Processing time may take longer during peak periods.

Exchanges

If you'd like to swap your product for a different size or style, we don't facilitate direct exchanges. Instead, please place a new order yourself on our website and then return the original product for a refund via the Self-Serve Returns Portal.

This avoids issues such as your new size or style selling out while you wait for your original return to reach us. If you purchased an item on sale and are having trouble ordering the replacement at the same price, please contact our team for assistance.

Return Policy

  1. Item must be posted back to O'Neill within 60 days of delivery.
  2. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility ($10.95 Flat rate)
  3. Returns on sale items is also permitted.
  4. Sale & promo code items are accepted for return.
  5. Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
  6. Item must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  7. Swimwear must have hygiene stickers attached (we recommend trying over underwear). If the seal is removed, returns will not be accepted.
  8. Free promotional items must be returned if your order no longer meets the terms of the offer.
  9. Returns cannot be dropped back to our warehouse, office, or stores — they must be posted.
  10. Wetsuit returns must follow the How to Post or Ship Your Wetsuit guide.
  11. Proof of purchase may be required.
  12. We can only accept returns on products purchased through au.oneill.com or nz.oneill.com (not from retail stores).

If your wetsuit needs repairing but is out of warranty, we offer an in-house repair service for a minimal cost.
