Our Girls Bahia 2mm Long Sleeve Springsuits are easily the most common choice in South Oz for summer. Good warmth through the body and arms, plenty of protection from the sun, all in a suit that's easy to get in and out of.


If the temperatures are getting really warm you might be happy in just some Lycra. The Girls Thermo Short Arm Crew is warmer than other rashies thanks to its fleecy layer. Or lycra Surfsuits are the most common warm water choice for girls.

 

It's worth noting there are occasionally periods during a South Oz summer that require a 3/2mm steamer. The Bahia 3/2mm Steamer is the top pick here, with a thermal firewall to trap the warmth in, plus soft and comfy neoprene. Alternatively, the Reactor II 3/2mm Steamer  is a more affordable option, but doesn't offer as much stretch/comfort/warmth as the Bahia series.
