- Brooke M.Verified BuyerRated 1 out of 5 stars1 week agoRipped off.
Arrived filthy dirty and the sizing is incorrect. Oneill say I can send back at my own cost to be determined if warranty worthy. I'm not spending any more money on these.
I threw them out.
Size 10, didn't fit either of the size 10s in my household.
OAO'Neill Australia1 week agoHi Brooke,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience.
Receiving a product that appeared dirty is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we understand how disappointing that would be. We're also sorry to hear the sizing did not work for you.
Our warranty and returns process does require products to be inspected so we can determine the cause of any issues and work towards an appropriate resolution. We understand your frustration regarding the return shipping costs and appreciate your feedback on this process.
As the product has unfortunately been disposed of, we're unable to assess the concerns raised in this instance. However, we value your feedback and will pass it on to our team for review.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
