The Rubber doesn't allow much movement

I would say the rubber used in this westsuit doesn't allow for much flexibility at all. A bugger to paddle in and even makes it hard to pop up on the surfboard.

Really disappointed

Purchased for my 15yo boy getting into surfing. Seams started tearing after 6-7months at which time O'neill replaced the suit with a brand new one however that only lasted 7 months and o'neill only honor the wetsuit warranty from the original purchase date. Just popped in to my local dive shop for glue to try and repair it, and the assistant was shocked at the quality of the seams. I would definitely not recommend.

Thanks for your review and sorry to hear about your experience, you are correct that out wetsuits are covered for 12 months from the date of the original item purchase. Unfortunately as your wetsuit is outside of the warranty period we are unable to process this under a warranty claim.

We do have an in-house repair centre, that is equipped with specialist sewing machines, spare parts, materials and run by a seamstress who is skilled in wetsuit repairs. Great entry level wetsuit!

First wetsuit so nothing to really compare it too.

In saying that, for an entry level wetsuit I think it's great quality.

The only down side so far is it pulls down on my shoulders a little bit, so it might fit a little small.

I've only used it twice, and I do think it'll stretch a bit, and allow a bit more flexibility and movement in my shoulders.
