Hi, the zip on the wetsuit has split open only after a couple of sessions. Please see the image attached. This is very disappointing as it happened as soon as I put it on right before my surfing session today. I had to miss the waves and go home. We have bought seven Oneill suits over the a last few years from online and surf shops, this one is the disappointing. The material is good value for the money, but the zip is a rubbish. I’d like a refund please. Thanks.

I used my new Reactor 3/2 mm for the first time today. It works a treat. It’s stretchy enough under the arms to barely impede paddling. I stayed warm durning a moderator chilly session. Most of all, I’m particularly pleased it doesn’t have any sealing on the seams ‘cos that means it won’t start shedding horrible petrochemical sealing material into the ocean in a few years time like my other more ‘high tech / high performance’ suits have. Please always offer ranges of suits with these type seals.

Purchased a Reactor 2 a few years ago and has been great so I decided to order a new one. New one turned up and is not as good quality as the old one, no Velcro under zipper to stop it coming undone and has got a defect on the chest, I’ll be using the old one and going to another brand.

Thanks for your feedback, the current Reactor 2 wetsuit models does not come with the 2nd additional Velcro tab as per design.
In regards to indentation on the front chest rubber panel could have been caused in transit and in most cases pops out within a few days. This has no effect on the performance of the wetsuit.

I have purchased O'Neill wetsuits in store for the last 20 years, this one I did online. Same size as I would normally buy, however the fit wasn't great this time?
