Super disappointed in this wetsuit, I usually stick to O'Neill because I have found their wetsuits great quality but not this one. The zipper busted on 3rd use which they repaired under warranty that was ok… but then just around the end of the warranty period the material has started to completely disintegrate

Sorry to hear about your experience, ensuring that your wetsuit is cleaned with fresh water after every surf and hung up to dry will extend the life of the wetsuit. If the wetsuit is within the warranty period we are more than happy to investigate the smoothie section splitting.

Bought last minute before a trip to Indonesia..it's been so comfortable...that little bit of rubber on the front and back makes a big difference.... haven't been at all hot in the water ...perfect..

I love this wetsuit but the zipper quality is terrible. Zipper string is too short and after 14 months the zipper wouldn’t stay up then came off altogether

Sorry to hear about your experience, while your wetsuit is out of warranty, we are pleased that O'Neill now offers an in-house wetsuit repair service. This enables us to help customers with out of warranty damage, and to reduce the amount of neoprene going into landfill. Depending on the specific issue with the zipper, we may be able to repair this.

Definitely fits well like a wetsuit should, not suffocatly tight.
Such a flattering fit, easy to get into and not stiff feels smooth :) good warmth for Tasmania in between seasons

became dirty pretty quickly. unzipped by itself a couple of time which filled the suit with water making my hands as inflated gallons - not a good experience when you surf at pretty big and powerful waves and don't have a chance to sit on a board and zip it back.
I'm quite disappointed with my last purchases from Oneil and switching to other brands. Particularly hyper freak 4/3 steamer which is quite an expensive wetsuit, but I've got hole on my elbows after a couple of months use.

Good coverage, like the longer legs compared to the adult wetsuit. Zipper pull cord is short though. Also low on features - doesn’t have a key pocket. Nice pattern and performs well for a 2mm.

I purchased a size 8 which I’m about a dress size 10 so going down one size was perfect. The suit is nice & love the front zip which you can’t feel when lying on your surfboard. The only negative is the short sleeves rubbed a lot leaving me with raw skin. Hopefully with more wear that won’t keep happening. Otherwise I’ll have to cut them off.

I purchased a Size 4 Bahia Hanalei and I love it. I was unsure about which size to get and was advised to get the smaller size (as I seemed to be in middle of the 4 & 6 ) and it is a perfect fit - easy to get in and out of. Thank you for the helpful online response. Also delivery was within 24 hours!! Amazing! I have worn it twice since receiving it on Friday and it is super comfy. I am an ocean swimmer - not a board rider so dealing with a bit of chafing from the seams on the capped sleeves. However I will try some "Glide" and see how I go as I'm not sure if this Springy is designed the for the longer distance swimming I do -eg 3km - however I will persist with anti -chafing products. After being in the water for an hour I was not cold at all! Thanks O'Neill for a beautifully designed suit and excellent service!
