TB4X superstretch upper body gives you incredible freedom of movement and easy in and out of your wetsuit. To keep you warm the Air Fire Wall chest and back panels reduce thermal heat loss with pockets of air to insulate your body. The internal Graphene infused Fire Wall lining keeps you dryer and warmer on the inside and is touch dry in 30 minutes when you hang it up. Seams are double sealed with Fluid Weld Seal on the external of the wetsuit to keep you toasty even in the harshest of winter conditions. All of this with our O’Neill Blue materials utilising recycled oyster shells, car tyres and plastics, solvent-free lamination, dope-dyed yarn, and limestone neoprene, our Hyper Series steamers have taken a giant step towards building a more sustainable future and protecting our oceans.

The O'Neill FUZE Chest Zip uses a free floating zipper panel and anti flush barrier with drain holes to keep you dry and feeling loose.

TB4 Air Firewall

The next great thermal breakthrough made better with trapped pockets of air. TB4 Air Firewall uses a special lamination process paired with a core of aerated neoprene and a graphene fibre jersey to create the toastiest conditions.

TB4X + TB4

Arms/Back/Shoulders constructed from TB4X, the lightest, most flexible, softest wetsuit material ever created. Chest/Legs constructed from TB4, O'Neills exclusive maximum stretch, hydrophobic neoprene with featherlight ENVY foam rubber core for ultimate warmth and comfort.

External Fluid Seam Weld

External seams are sealed with fluid weld, a liquid rubber that greatly reduces water penetration through the seems. Beneath the fluid seam weld the neoprene is glued and blind stitched, and then internally we apply recycled taping to all the critical seems.

Redzone Water Resistant Zipper

Urethane coated, offset zipper teeth that interlock to stop leaks and keep water from entering suit.

Minimal Seam Design

Materials and Sustainability

Recycled Plastic

Every Hyper Series steamer saves more than 0.5kg of harmful plastic from potentially polluting the world's living oceans.

Recycled Oyster Shells

We use recycled ocean oyster shells in place of calcium carbonate powder which comprises approximately 10% of our neoprene

Eco Carbon Black

Carbon Black is one of the key ingredients in neoprene. It can now be carbonized from scrap rubber tyres using high heat to extract.

Limestone Neoprene

We have used limestone since 1996 to replace petrochemicals in our neoprene. It comes from nature and has less environmental impact.

Solvent-free Lamination

We worked together with our key manufacturing partner to develope a non-solvent based lamination glue called "Aqua-Alpha" which bonds the suit's lining to the internal foam layer.

Dope Dyed Yarn

To save trememdous amounts of water whilst also reducing energy consumption and water polution, we use a dope dyeing process that infuses colour pigment into the fibre filaments before being spun into yarn.

Disappointing

This suit is the heaviest 4/3 i've had and has given me horrible rash all over my shoulders and arms. Warmth is ok. Knee area is very bulky also. Had an o'neill 4/3 before that was great but not a fan of this suit. Pretty disappointed considering price. Definitely the worst 4/3 i've had.

Thanks for your review, we could see that you hadn't purchased this wetsuit through our site so we are unable to validate your purchase. We haven't had any feedback from our customers regarding the weight of the wetsuit, however we can pass this over to our production team for their information.

If you are experiencing rash on your arms/shoulders, this can be caused due to extra space between your arms/shoulders and the wetsuit. It is suggested getting a well fitting wetsuit to avoid loose areas which may cause rash/irritation. Other options are to use a Rash Vest or a Thermo X vest which can prevent rash.

If you believe their is a fault with the wetsuit then it would be worth taking the wetsuit back to the original place of purchase and they can't send the wetsuit back for a warranty claim review.
